At Avenue Sounds, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Kenya. Please review our delivery and payment terms below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed (except where Cash on Delivery applies).
2. Payment Methods Accepted
We accept the following payment methods:
- M-Pesa
- Cash
- Bank Transfer
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery within Nairobi and selected areas near Nairobi.
- For areas outside Nairobi and its surrounding regions, full payment must be made before dispatch.
Avenue Sounds reserves the right to decline Cash on Delivery for certain high-value items.
3. Delivery Coverage
We deliver:
- Within Nairobi (Same-day or Next-day delivery available)
- Areas near Nairobi (COD available depending on location)
- Nationwide across Kenya (Prepayment required)
Delivery to remote areas may take longer depending on courier coverage.
4. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Nairobi: Same-day or 1 business day
- Nearby towns (e.g., Kiambu, Rongai, Kitengela, Thika): 1–2 business days
- Other major towns: 1–3 business days
- Remote areas: 2–5 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
5. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees depend on:
- Location
- Size and weight of the product
- Courier charges
The delivery cost will be communicated before order confirmation.
Promotional free delivery (if available) applies only under specific terms.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to:
- Inspect items at the time of delivery.
- Confirm the product is correct and undamaged before accepting.
- Report any visible damage immediately.
Any damage or issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable at delivery time
- Unreachable phone number
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Large or Bulk Equipment Delivery
For large speakers, full PA systems, DJ setups, or bulk orders:
- Special delivery arrangements may apply.
- Additional handling fees may be charged.
- Offloading assistance may not be included unless agreed beforehand.
9. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.
